Last weekend the first round of mid German Champion was held at Kirchhain track. For the first time this year the weather forecast was good for the whole weekend so nice racing could be expect. About 50 races separated in 1.8 and 1:10 class find their way to a well prepared race track.

In Qualifying everybody had more or less problems to run 5min on one fuel tank. For me qualifying went quite good, so I was able to TQ the race in front of my teammate Simon Balk. The Semifinals run quit smooth with no big surprise. Simon won his Semi and I was able to win mine in front Patrick Schäfer.

At the start of the final I was able to build up a good lead right after the start. Simon and Patrick had a good fight for second spot at the first part of the 30min final. Unfortunately Simon junked a tire and so he had to slow down a little bit. For me the race run smooth and so I won the race with a 2 laps lead from Patrick and Simon.
